Hopi Hemis Kachina Doll

This Hopi Hemis Kachina Doll was created completely by hand by Native American, Milton Howard. The cottonwood features astounding detail and exceptional color. Seen at the last dance of the year, he comes with an elaborate tableta painted with fertility and cloud symbols. He carries a rattle and a sprig of douglas fir and his back is painted with half-moons. About 8" tall (includes base) and about 4" wide. Artist signed and named on the base. This Hopi Hemis Kachina Doll is a museum quality collectible!
