Hopi Mountain Sheep Kachina Doll
This Hopi Mountain Sheep Kachina Doll is a museum quality collectible, hand carved and painted by Native American, Milton Howard. This animal supernatural has a splendid display of curled horns, eagle and parrot feathers, on a head that is trimmed with a Douglas fir ruff. He carries a rattle and cane and is ready to send his pleas for rain to grow grass and therefore, increase game. He is also said to cure spasms. Made from traditional cottonwood, he's about 10" tall (including base) and 5” wide. A masterpiece from every angle, this Hopi Mountain Sheep Kachina Doll is artist signed and named on the base.
