This Navajo Rug Pattern Silver Money Clip were inspired by the beautiful images often seen on handwoven rugs. Hand built from German Silver, the designs are accented with traditional stamping...Thomas makes all his own stamps too! This durable and tarnish resistant, 2" by 1" holder is hallmarked by Thomas A Begay. This Navajo Rug Pattern Silver Money Clip makes a nice southwest gift.....one size fits all!

Thomas (1955- ) was born in Many Farms, AZ. He learned the traditional style from his father but eventually switched over to Hopi overlay, a style that he has loved for as long as could remember. His wife of more than 40 years, Ilene (1948- ) helps him with the stamping.

While most of our silversmiths are Navajo, we employ artists of a wide variety of backgrounds. Some work from home, on the reservation, and some work here in our shop. We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Our dazzling, Sleeping Beauty Turquoise comes from a nearby mine in Globe, AZ. This unique and exceedingly rare turquoise is renowned for its hardness, durability, and gorgeous color. Our artisans preserve the natural beauty of this precious stone, so you can admire its elegance for years to come. A hand buffed polish protects the stones and heightens its natural beauty.
