Old Pawn Turquoise Sandcast Silver Belt Buckle

This Old Pawn Turquoise Sandcast Silver Belt Buckle features a classic design that was first learned by the Navajo thanks to J L Hubble at his Ganado trading post in the late 1800's. It's dressed with three, natural Kingman stones displaying nice, blue color. Traditionally made, using a time consuming technique, we reinforced the back plate because it came to us in need of repair. It's 3-1/2" by 2-3/4" with a 1-1/4" keeper and circa 1960's, the hallmark is ours. This Old Pawn Turquoise Sandcast Silver Belt Buckle is one of a kind!

While most of our silversmiths are Navajo, we employ artists from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some work from home, on the reservation, and some work here in our shop. Alltribes Native American Art and Jewelry blends ancient history, natural beauty, and unparalleled expertise flawlessly. We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Unfortunately, due to Covid and other factors, we are unable to take walk in customers at this time.
