    When I ordered the medicine bag I used the wrong address. I called both numbers on the website and both voice mail box's were full. However about an hour later my call was returned by Richard who I explained my predicament to. He took down my info and two days later They called me back and straightened my mistake out. I have since received my medicine bag. I am very happy. Thank you very much.
