Sterling Silver Spiny Oyster Feather Earrings Rose Singer Navajo Silver Dangles

These Sterling Silver Spiny Oyster Feather Earrings are designed and made by Navajo Artist Rose Singer! Wife of the late Tommy Singer, Rose continues the Singer legacy to this day by creating stunning designs such as these earrings! Rose cut out a top layer, added some stamping, and soldered it to a solid bottom layer. It was then oxidized to bring out the detailed patterns. Including the french hooks, they're about 3-3/4" long, hallmarked T&R Singer. These Sterling Spiny Oyster Feather Earrings are beautiful and lightweight, owning these would bring Southwest legacy into your everyday style! 

Tommy Singer (1940-2014) was born in Dilkon, Arizona. Taught by his father, he became an award-winning and innovative silversmith. He worked closely with his wife, Rosita Singer, and other family members, Charlie, Richard, and Willie, who continue his legacy today. All are referenced in Wright's "Hallmark's of the Southwest", Schaaf's "American Indian Jewelry I and III" & Hougart's "Native American & Southwestern Silver Hallmarks" to name a few.

While most of our silversmiths are Navajo, we employ artists from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some work from home, on the reservation, and some work here in our shop. Alltribes Native American Art and Jewelry blends ancient history, natural beauty, and unparalleled expertise flawlessly. We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Unfortunately, due to Covid and other factors, we are unable to take walk in customers at this time. Our dazzling, Sleeping Beauty Turquoise comes from a nearby mine in Globe, AZ. This unique and exceedingly rare turquoise is renowned for its hardness, durability, and gorgeous color. Our artisans preserve the natural beauty of this precious stone, so you can admire its elegance for years to come. A hand buffed polish protects the stones and heightens its natural beauty.
