Vintage Hopi Overlaid Silver Kachina Ring

This Vintage Hopi Overlaid Silver Kachina Ring by Todd Hoyungwa depicts the spirit dancer of abundance! The Sterling band was handmade with two layers of metal, then etched and oxidized for contrast. It's about 5/16" wide and this will best fit a size 8-3/4. It's stamped Sterling and hallmarked. This Vintage Hopi Overlaid Silver Kachina Ring would look nice on a man or woman and is perfect for an anniversary gift!

Todd (1971- ) is a Third Mesa artist of the Water Patki Clan, who started making jewelry in 1995. He was taught by his father, Manuel Hoyungwa. He is referenced in Hougart's "Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks", Wright's "Hopi Silver", Dubin's "North American Indian Jewelry and Adornment" and Schaaf's "American Indian Jewelry I and II".
