Vintage Navajo Carnelian Silver Turquoise Bead Necklace

This Vintage Navajo Carnelian Silver Turquoise Bead Necklace is perfect for you, if you love this reddish, semi-precious gem! On the choker, nine beautiful gems are bezel set on Sterling. The raised design and the blue turquoise wheels makes the colors pop! The center pendant is 1-1/8" tall x 7/8" wide and all are strung on a 6mm Turquoise wheel and 3mm Sterling bead strand. Including the clasp, it's 18" long, and the is stamped Sterling and hallmarked by Diné Andy Marion. A pretty mix of colors, this Vintage Navajo Carnelian Silver Turquoise Bead Necklace is one of kind!

There is no info available for Andy, other than he became an active jeweler in the 1990's. He is referenced in Hougart's "Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmakrks".

We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Unfortunately, due to Covid and other factors, we are unable to take walk in customers at this time.
