Vintage Sterling Silver 14K Gold Overlaid Kokopelli Hopi Bracelet Earring Set by Steven Sockyma

This Overlaid Sterling Silver 14K Gold Kokopelli Southwest Hopi Bracelet Set by Steven Sockyma comes with a pair of matching post earrings, depicting the flute playing kachina of abundance! The wrap around Hopi bracelet design was made with two layers of Sterling. There is 14K gold accenting to both the Hopi made bracelet and earrings. The top sheet was cut out and soldered to a base & then it was etched and oxidized for contrast. Finished with a satin buffing, the bracelet measures just about 1" wide and would best fit a wrist size of 7". Matching post earrings are just about 1" tall. Refer to photos for artist Hallmark and Sterling and 14K stamp. Both feature the original patina, high shine option is available for an added fee (non-returnable). Steven Sockyma is a member of the Corn Clan from the Hopi reservation.  He has been actively making one of a kind jewelry since 1969.  Born in the Third Mesa village of Hotevilla and last known residence would be in Glorieta, New Mexico. Known for his overlay technique which consists of an upper layer in which the design has been intricately cut out with a saw.
