Genuine Indian Head Penny Buttons

Add some Genuine Indian Head Penny Buttons to your next project, and you're on you way to real American style. This design was created by Mint Chief Engraver James Barton Longacre, it was the first of the "small cents" and the series ran from 1859 to 1909. Each US coin is domed to 3/4" wide with a copper shank. It can be sewn directly to your fabric or if you use a cotter pin, they will remain removable. Sold in a set of six, these are perfect for jeans, jackets and saddlebags. While most of our silversmiths are Navajo, we employ artists from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some work from home, on the reservation, and some work here in our shop. Alltribes Native American Art and Jewelry blends ancient history, natural beauty, and unparalleled expertise flawlessly. We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Unfortunately, due to Covid and other factors, we are unable to take walk in customers at this time. We are more than happy to offer curbside pickup if you are in the area, give us a call.
