Navajo Boy Hiding Lamb Bronze

This Navajo Boy Hiding Lamb Bronze is a wonderful piece that was created by Nancy McLaughlin (1932-1985 ). This untitled, limited edition art is #1 of 3, issued in 1975. The Native youngster is wearing his cowboy hat & a traditional tunic with a squash blossom necklace. Behind his back, he holds a bag & pipe while an unsure lamb seeks his protection. With the 4" x 4" oak base included, it's 8-1/2" tall. In excellent condition, signed with edition number and copyright on the silver patina finished metal. This Navajo Boy Hiding Lamb Bronze would make a wonderful gift and we only have one!

Nancy, who passed too early from respiratory disease, is well-known for her many portraits of Native American children & elders. Her sculptures are few & far between & highly collectible.

We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Unfortunately, due to Covid and other factors, we are unable to take walk in customers at this time.
