Navajo Silver Turquoise Long Feather Earrings

These Navajo Silver Turquoise Long Feather Earrings was handmade by Rose Singer. It features a genuine Kingman nugget accenting an overlaid Sterling plume. Hand built from two layers of metal, a top layer was sawed out and soldered to a solid bottom layer. It was then antiqued to add dimension and contrast. Including the french hooks, they're about 3-3/4" long and 5/8" at the widest, and are hallmarked. A traditional style for regalia or anything else, these Navajo Silver Turquoise Long Feather Earrings are perfection for your ears!

Individually handmade, patterns vary, as seen in the group photo.

Tommy (1940-2014) was born into the Tall House Clan in Dilkon, Arizona. He worked closely with his wife, Rose, who continues his legacy today. All are referenced in Wright's "Hallmark's of the Southwest", Schaaf's "American Indian Jewelry I and III" and Hougart's "Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks" to name a few.

While most of our silversmiths are Navajo, we employ artists from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some work from home, on the reservation, and some work here in our shop. Alltribes Native American Art and Jewelry blends ancient history, natural beauty, and unparalleled expertise flawlessly. We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Unfortunately, due to Covid and other factors, we are unable to take walk in customers at this time.
