Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Chips

Straight from our stash is this 1/4 lb. selection of natural, Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Chips. This A-Grade Turquoise features the range of beautiful blues that Sleeping Beauty is known for worldwide. These high grade natural nuggets are photographed wet in the first to photos to demonstrate the color when polished and finished. They are photographed dry in the last two. Crushing or grinding these up will yield bright Turquoise chips that will glow from within the cracks of wood or channels of Silver. These mini nuggets are between 3mm and 8mm wide measuring the long edge. Check the photos to see the shapes. They are photographed wet in the first two photos for an accurate representation of the color when finished, they are dry in the last two photos. Considered the “Tiffany of Turquoise” & recognized as the cleanest, purest color out there, it's a favorite of high-end collectors. We are happy to be able to offer this selection to you, since the Sleeping Beauty mine in Globe, Arizona closed in 2012. These natural, Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Chips are perfect for all jewelry and furniture inlay work!

    Very fast delivery! The color is perfect for my bone inlays. I did notice that alot of them were drilled so maybe that's a bonus. It's ok if it doesn't work out being strung because I'll make smaller chips out of them anyways. GREAT JOB ALLTRIBES!!

    I ordered 5 different grades of Turquoise to see which one would work best for my woodworking projects; these Sleeping Beauty “A Grade” chips are probably an overkill for my needs, the color is beautiful and mostly uniform throughout the package, but it is also the most expensive.
