This Cigar Store Indian Chief was carved by Mandan Indian, Frank Gallagher. A truly unique conversation piece for home, office or store front. This handsome fella is painted with traditional colors and holds a pack of cigars in his hand, just like the early outdoor figures for tobacconists. Made from a single piece of Aspen, it's a fun way to greet your guests at the front door. About 6 feet tall, including the 14" wide base. This Cigar Store Indian Chief is hallmarked on the back.

The Gallagher's use Aspen wood from Colorado to create these hand carved sculptures. With your purchase, you will receive a photocopy of an interview with Ralph Gallagher from the original June 1998 Issue of Arizona Highways magazine.
