This Cigar Store Indian was hand carved and painted by frank Gallagher from a solid piece of Aspen! This tribal Chief is traditionally dressed and includes a buffalo medallion and a long, breast plate. He's decorated with tribal colors and holds a pack of cigars in his hand, just like the early outdoor sculptures for tobacconists. A real conversation piece, it's a fun way to greet your guests. About 4 feet tall, including the 8 to 9" wide drum base. Hallmarked on the headdress, this Cigar Store Indian is southwest authentic!

The Gallagher's use Aspen wood from Colorado to create these hand carved sculptures. With your purchase, you will receive a photocopy of an interview with Ralph Gallagher from the original June 1998 Issue of Arizona Highways magazine.
