This slab of solid Turquoise features rich aqua sky blues with minimal inclusions and matrix. This would yield many high grade cabochons with bright clear color. The quality stone in this specimen appears consistent from end to end. This large Turquoise slab comes from the Alacran Mine in Mexico and has been stabilized to protect the color over time. Overall dimensions are 12" long x 10.25" wide x 2" to 3" deep. Photographed dry just as it came from the mine. The second to last photo is an example of this same Turquoise tumble polished to show the bright color and quality contained within this huge nugget. It is the same type of Turquoise and looked the same as this large slab before polishing.
