Vintage Turquoise Cluster Belt Buckle

This Vintage Turquoise Cluster Belt Buckle is an early piece, handmade by Navajo Tommy Moore. This offers genuine and natural Sleeping Beauty stones in a handsome, mens accessory! These 17 free-form stones fill the Sterling display with simple drop accents and twist wire. It's finished with a chiseled border. It's 3-3/4" by 2-7/8" with a 1-3/4" keeper. It's hallmarked and stamped Sterling and circa 1970's. Absolutely impressive, this Vintage Turquoise Cluster Belt Buckle is one of a kind!

There is no information available for Tommy, other than he is referenced in Schaaf's "American Indian Jewelry III" and Hougart's "Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks".

While most of our silversmiths are Navajo, we employ artists from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some work from home, on the reservation, and some work here in our shop. Alltribes Native American Art and Jewelry blends ancient history, natural beauty, and unparalleled expertise flawlessly. We are conveniently located near Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix, AZ in the historic town of Gilbert. Unfortunately, due to Covid and other factors, we are unable to take walk in customers at this time. We are more than happy to offer curbside pickup if you are in the area, give us a call.
